Let yourself be tempted by our vegan and vegetarian creations. Our modern, innovative fusion cuisine combines local, alpine, and seasonal quality products with international influences to create a unique gourmet experience. Meat and fish are side dishes here and can complement your selection—whatever suits your personal taste.

Culinary diversity in a modern setting

We also offer a daily changing 4-course menu. Guests booking directly can add this to their hotel reservation as half board. If you are unable to dine with us, we will gladly accept your cancellation until 11:00 a.m.

If you don’t want to decide when booking, you can choose on the day at the respective daily price. A fine Valais wine is the perfect accompaniment to your meal.

If you have any food intolerances or special dietary requirements, please inform our team in advance—we will be happy to tailor the dishes to your individual needs.
