Half board The 4-course menu changes daily - soup, salad, a main course of your choice (A or B), dessert or cheese. Your table is guaranteed. No reservation necessary.
Chef Asbjörn Hinrichs cooks fresh every day - with local, alpine and seasonal products from the region. The focus is on plant-based cuisine: wholesome, honest, with character.
If you want meat or fish, add it as a side. If you eat without it, you won't miss anything. Both worlds at the same table - that's rare to find in the mountains.
The wine list only contains Valais wines.

Breakfast Rested? High time. Our rich buffet is a quiet start to your day: many types of bread, warm classics, cheese platter, fruits, jams and honey from the region. Also gluten-free options. Coffee, tea, a glass of Alpine spring water. Leave time until 10:30 a.m. - the mountains won't run away.
External guests welcome — CHF 25.– per person, by appointment.
Important when choosing a table: with or without a dog? WhatsApp opens with a prepared request - just add the date, time and number of people and send it.

Since my wife has allergies to wheat and dairy products, we were very excited — the menu looked promising. Staff very friendly and helpful, my wife got something tasty. We really liked the ambience with the stone wall. Two days later we came back - four-course menu including salad buffet and wine. We definitely recommend it.
