We celebrate the authentic taste of local Alpine and seasonal quality products. Because mindfulness in managing resources and knowledge of their origins – that is, conscious enjoyment – are of great importance to us.
All our creations are primarily designed to harmonize without fish or meat – however, you can adjust and combine them according to your preferences.
For lunch, we will be serving (11:30 AM to 13:30 PM) and in the evening (6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, last orders), we will pamper you with fine dishes from our new menu or with our daily changing 4-course choice menu. Complement your meal with a fine Valaisan wine. You can conclude the evening with friends at our hotel bar or by the fireplace.
If you have allergies or follow a specific diet, please inform our staff so that we can prepare dishes tailored to your needs.
